The registration fee paid by the accepted bands will be used to promote activities within the Festival; it will not be counted as a participation fee.

The Banda Municipal de Lleida, as the organizing entity of the International Festival of Music Bands of Lleida, is interested in conducting sociocultural exchanges with music bands from around the world, as it has done during the nearly thirty years it has led the Fem Banda.

Groups wishing to engage in a sociocultural exchange with the Banda Municipal de Lleida will be exempt from paying the participation fee and registration fees.

This band will receive preferential treatment regarding accommodation. Additionally, they may participate in the Opening Concert at the Enric Granados Auditorium in a joint concert with the Banda Municipal de Lleida.

Certainly, this band will not receive financial assistance to perform concerts in Lleida. Likewise, we will not receive financial assistance to perform concerts in their country, region, or autonomous community.

We will provide all percussion instruments and music stands for the concerts at our Festival. They will provide all their percussion instruments and music stands for the concerts in their country, region, or autonomous community.

We will cover the expenses (Hotel and Restaurant) for their stay in Lleida (group of 45/50 people). If their group consists of 58 people, the remaining 8 individuals will be covered by their entity.

Until March 1, additional hotel accommodations can be requested. After this date, we cannot guarantee additional accommodations at the same hotel where the group is staying. If more accommodations are available after this date, the established price in the guidelines cannot be guaranteed. Before this date, we kindly ask you to inform us of the number of couples in your group.

From March 1 to May 30, up to 10% of the reserved accommodations can be canceled without any additional cost. The remaining accommodations cannot be canceled.

Starting June 1, the hotel establishments and the Festival Restaurant will penalize cancellations as follows:

• Until June 15: 50% refund.

• After June 16: no refund.

In the event that a child (aged 3 to 6 years) sleeps in a double bed with their parents, the child’s fee will be reduced by €40 per day.

All registered bands must submit an invoice before June 15 to receive the established assistance.

Breakfast will be served at the hotel where each band is staying.
Lunch and dinner will be provided at the Festival Restaurant or at a nearby restaurant to the performance venue.

Concerts in neighboring towns are usually held between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM on Friday and Saturday.
The Saturday parade is from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The Sunday entrance and 15-minute concert is from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
